Farita - Giving It Up

FaritaFarita creates a totally new vibe in music. Her delicate, feminine voice and a unique fusion of Pop/R&B sometimes infused with the seductive sounds of the east creates a sound you will find new to your ears. Here’s Farita’s track “Giving It Up”. A song that shares the frustrations of a relationship where one person does all the giving and one person does all the taking and it’s time to move on.

Mishavonna HensonMishavonnaSinger-songwriter, actress and entertainer Mishavonna Antoinette Henson, recalls her early childhood years in Texas and now currently resides in Southern California. “Music has always been the easiest way for me to communicate my feelings to others.” At the ripe age of 17, this California girl can surely say that she hasn’t done it all, but keeps her music honest and lyrics direct, instead of trying to change the universe. “I live in a dual world made of fast technology and old-school values. I am the kind of girl that rides a horse on the beach, while texting her best friend with her cell. It’s the same thing with my music, the melodies in my heart will always be country, but the rhythm comes from the hip-hop beats that surround my So Cal suburban life. And that’s why my team and I call it, ‘California Country’!” Mishavonna is accompanied by a group of seasoned players on her debut EP CD. If you don’t know her voice, you may recognize the face — having taken on roles on highly rated TV shows such as Nickelodeon’s teen sensation ‘Unfabulous’ to her guest star role on NBC’s comedy ‘Frasier.

The Fire Apes

The Fire ApesFrom Charleston, SC, The Fire Apes’ lead singer, songwriter, and guitarist, John Seymour, often writes metaphorically about love, and relationships using literary references, musically framed with melodic hooks. His music and words can elicit feelings that range from joy and happiness to commiseration and longing.

Jamie Thorne

Jamie ThorneI am from a small village in Ontario, Canada. I grew up with a love for all music but I fell love for country when I was 17. The song is perfect for me because it reflects my dad and mothers relationship. Mom passed away two years ago so it is a very personal song.

Jim Seibers

There has never been any question in my mind as to what I wanted to do with my life. - Sing, Entertain and share music with the world. I took to the stage at the age of 14, playing guitar and singing lead with my own band. I have worked in Ohio and Michigan with bands 5 to 6 nights a week. I have opened for acts like Del Reeves, Waylan Jennings, Johnny Russell, T. G. Shepard, John Conley and Johnny Paycheck. I performed in Nashville at Fan Fair in 1992-1994. I was awarded API’s Male Star Of Tomorrow at a ceremony in Nashville in 1992 and Male Vocalist in 1993. Currently I live in Rockledge, Florida and perform as a solo artist singing traditional country and top 40 country. I have some CD’s produced and available at www.cdbaby.com. (search for Seibers) If you would like to download a song or purchase a CD you can do that from the CDBABY site or directly from my website.

Kevin Bowe and the Okemah Prophets

Kevin BoweKevin Bowe is a writer/producer whose songs have sold over 12 million units in the last few years. He got his start in the Minneapolis music scene that spawned Prince, The Replacements and Husker Du in the 1980’s. After being discovered at a club gig by uberproducer David Z (Prince, Fine Young Cannibals, Big Head Todd), Kevin began writing for other artists. His first cut (”Riverside” on Kenny Wayne Shepherd’s Warner Bros. debut “Ledbetter Heights”) went gold and led to a major publishing deal. Kevin became the first writer signed by legends Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller in over twenty years.

On a typically sub zero February night in a charming little town we like to call Fargo, Kevin had the good fortune to be in the right place at the right time; he was the first out of towner to hear a 13 year old blues prodigy named “Kid” Jonny Lang. One sound check was all it took and they became friends and writing partners. When he invited Lang to Minneapolis they hooked up with David Z and a writing/producing team came together that resulted in two platinum albums on A&M Records, including the top 5 single/video “Breakin’ Me”. Word got out about Kevin’s writing leading to collaborations with Leo Kottke, Robben Ford, The Rembrandts, Peter Case, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Dan Wilson (Semisonic), Richie Sambora, Chuck Prophet, John Mayall, Three Dog Night and Delbert McClinton.

No Fixed Abode

No Fixed AbodeNo Fixed Abode are fronted by Una Walsh singing in her own lilting Irish accent and Tony Dean supporting on acoustic guitar. Based in Derbyshire No Fixed Abode have traveled all across the UK over the last three years building up a solid reputation performing at festivals and acoustic clubs.

Their new album Clearwater is an eclectic mix of songs ranging from the pure voice/guitar arrangement of Call Me to a full folk rock sound of School Days with emotional stops all along the way. US radio stations have already spotted the potential of the album and are regularly featuring songs from the album on their play lists.

The album features a number of local musicians including Ashley Hutchins of Fairport Convention fame on bass and the violin virtuoso Patrick Walker from Sheffield. To define a musical style for No Fixed Abode is as difficult as getting a politician to give a straight answer to a question, try Joni Mitchell meeting Bruce Springsteen and having a jam after a bottle or two of wine. If you like your music to have a melody with lyrics you can hear and sung in tune then perhaps this is the best definition you are going to get.

The name No Fixed Abode stems from the fact that Una comes from Ireland and Tony comes from Manchester and they live in Derbyshire, it also reflects their musical style, eclectic.

At this point it is usual to boast of achievements, all too often the build up leads to a disappointment. No Fixed Abode have an old fashioned idea not currently popular that the proof is in the listening so they have made three tracks available to listen to at www.myspace,com/musicnfa You can also see a video of them performing an acoustic version of there song Absent Friends. If you are not on the web they will send you a four track demo free!

In this current climate of safe jaded music take the time to give No Fixed Abode a listen and refresh your belief in real music.

Shaun Ellis

Shaun Ellis has a style all his own, with a mix of raw, in your face honky-tonk sound that will have you dancing all night. Ellis came up playing the bar circuit in Dallas and Fort Worth where he toned his skills on playing to a hell raising crowd. Originally from Camden, South Carolina, PROUD GRADUATE OF NORTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL, Ellis was raised on country classics. In 2003, he decided he wanted that Texas sound in his music, so he up and headed west to Dallas. It was there he discovered what his music should be. ”I hear all this stuff coming out of Nashville, that they call country, to me it aint nothing but pop music, it aint country” Says Ellis. “Pat Green, Randy Rogers, Charlie Robison, now that’s country”. “That’s the sound of real; heart felt music, that’s what I want in my sound”. And that’s what you get. Whether it’s a fast two stepping song or it’s a belt buckle rubbing ballad, you get real country music from Shaun Ellis. He plays the music for the people. “If I can’t relate to a song, I don’t listen to it, and if I haven’t lived it, I don’t write about it”. Whether it’s loved lost or won, drinking in some bar or just telling a story of a time in his life, his music is real. They say there comes a point when you really figure out what you were made to do, Shaun Ellis was born to sing, plain and simple. And hey, if it doesn’t work out, it’s still been one hell of a ride!!!

Alexis Biesiada

Alexis BiesiadaAlexis Biesiada, age 10, is a true child prodigy. In the last 3 years Alexis has appeared on Pax’s TV talent show “America’s Most Talented Kids” (she was 7 the other kids were between 11-15), filmed a reality TV show entitled “Baby Grand” and won numerous talent competitions throughout the north east including her stint as a 3 time winner at NYCs famed Apollo Theatre. Phil BrownPhil Brown

Phil started on the violin at age 7. Got his first guitar that year too. Classically trained with lots of lessons and lotsa practicing - guitar slinger was born. He grew up around much of 50’s music playing in his parent’s house… Chet Atkins, Tony Bennet, opera, classical, jazz.

Phil couldn’t wait to follow his dream and left home — which was Los Alamos/hub of the atomic bomb — at 17 with an electric guitar, a suitcase and a pocketful of dreams. Hitched all around the US picking up one nighters and joining this band only to quit it’ or be fired - there was always a ‘better’ band somewhere with more talented players. The end of the road for many musicians is L.A and somehow or not surprisingly Phil ended up in Los Angeles in 1976 where he survived driving a truck delivering gear for recording studios and where he met the likes of Alice Cooper, Joe Cocker, Mad Dogs and The Englishmen where they were rehearsing. . . . . He ended up joining “Little Feat” and started writing songs - a lotof songs - thus worked for a few major music publishing houses. Check Phil’s discography.

Phil’s solo career started in 2003 when a French label contacted him and asked him to make a record. “Cruel Inventions”, Phil first solo album was released in France, then throughout several European countries where it did pretty well.

Meanwhile, Phil was toying with the idea of recording some of his fav Jimi Hendrix songs, re-arranged of course ala Phil — Bassist Jimmy Haslip and drummer Gary Novak joined him for a few days, recording [the jimi project] was born. Originally Phil planned to make a few thousand CD’s for friends and family, but we all know that there are no such things as ‘coincidences’. Friends talking to friends and other friends and [the jimi project] ended on many desks – It all starting going nuts with international and national press and airplay, such as NPR syndicated Sunday Morning Show which noted [the jimi project] as one of the ‘10 must own” CDs for the 2006 holiday season…. [the jimi project] was recently re-mastered by Frank Filipetti with Nuendo technology.

Phil moved to Austin, Texas some time in 2006 where he loves the people who in turn luv music and support the artiste`in a way that defies description. Phil, always involved in projects, creating/developing projects, is featured on the latest Kool and the Gang album, as well as realizing the final touches of his third solo album “Good To Be Back” . Still writing songs and playing “live” in Austin is a must if you want to “let/get your ya-ya’s out.” He’s traveling and producing other artist as well. “The good life” according to Phil is “being open minded and challenging yourself in co-creative ways in order to access the light force that propels us all towards greatness.” Not many would disagree with that sentiment. In the meantime, Phil’s met a few of the many pedigree musicians in Austin, has big fun and as a “happy accident” an MP.TU recording was created, also coming soon.

Rodger ChristmannRodger Christmann

The music of german singer/songwriter and guitarist Rodger Christmann might be best described as - New Age Classic Sound - kind of a melting pot with the likes of Bread, Clapton, and Paul Young. The bluesy guitar style characterized by precise, economic solos, and a smoky vocal delivery with a nice breathy overdrive that is warm, intimate and passionate -even sexy- make his music instantly recognizable. Christmann has been performing since the early 1990s with his musical partner Rick Kus, a Polish native, who performs on keyboard and accordion.

Here is what Gary wrote to Kickradio after being notified of his Top 50 placement, “Wonders never cease where you are concerned! I never imagined that a sincere artistic moment captured for the pure joy of creativeness would end up in this situation. Whatever part of my music connected with your organization, prompting the initial contact, is something I hope I never lose in my music. Transcending musical “barriers” is the goal of any artist and I am glad to have found a place among the talented artists of the KICKRADIO generation.

PincusPINCUS

Part pop/rock and part singer/songwriter, PINCUS creates songs that you can sing after only one listen. A requested repeat act at such famous Hollywood music venues as The Joint, Genghis Cohen, as well as Molly Malone’s, PINCUS has packed the house any day of the week. PINCUS JUST released the debut album, Odds Like These, which includes eleven originals and one cover.

Brian Pincus was born in 1974 to an artistic New York family. When he reached the age of four his parents relocated the clan to Los Angeles, California, where they founded a music school (The Beverly Hills Guitar Workshop) and began working in the live promotions area of the music industry. Theirs was a musical home with guitars, a piano and a who’s who list of musicians filing through their door year-round.

With encouragement from his family, at the age of six Brian began learning the guitar. Often his singer/songwriter parents would invite him to observe and contribute to original projects around the house, and there were always professional musicians available to give Brian pointers along the way. As Brian grew older, his repertoire of instruments grew to include piano and bass.

It was the CD release of The Beatles’ “Sergeant Peppers” in the mid-eighties that cemented Brian’s ambition to follow in his parents’ footsteps and become a serious musician. A dedicated Beatles fan, Brian continued to collect every release as soon as it was available on CD. He also began composing, arranging and recording his own material in the family recording studio.

Over time, Brian’s musical influences continued to expand to include such artists as Stevie Wonder, Simon & Garfunkel, The Police/Sting, Jack Johnson, Earth, Wind & Fire, James Taylor, Sly & The Family Stone, Joni Mitchell, The Who, Bill Withers and Bob Marley, among others. He also began to play alongside some of the musicians that his parents worked with.

Brian’s current musical journey is with his latest band known simply as PINCUS. The group includes Brian on rhythm guitar and vocals, Tom Kolb on lead guitar, Chris Haller on bass, Bob Emmet on keyboards and Kenny Altbush on drums. Together they have emerged as a popular live act at such famous Hollywood music venues as The Joint, Genghis Cohen, as well as Molly Malone’s, and have been known to fill the house any day of the week. They have been written up in such publications as The Beverly Hills Weekly, and have recently released their debut album Odds Like These. The CD is a collection of accounts and personal experiences and was recorded with musicians who have worked with such artists as Prince, David Sanborn, Savage Garden, David Cassidy, Belinda Carlisle, and LeAnn Rimes.

Brian says of his compositions, “I am a fan of music that is more substantive in both lyric and melody, and I strive to create music that fits that description.” The album features twelve pop-rock songs—eleven originals (four of which were co-written with his brother, Scott Levine) and one cover—and features lyrics that are both refreshing and meaningful, while inviting you to sing along.

Clay dubose Clay DuBose

“Captivated” is a lush, musical landscape with Clay’s soaring vocal performance superbly backed by Texas legends, The Derailers. This song is for mothers, sisters, daughters, and the men who love them.

From now until Mother’s Day, May 13th, 2007, 100% of the proceeds of this single will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, which is an organization dedicated to saving lives by increasing awareness through breast cancer education and providing mammograms for those in need.

Rory and tHE ARTificial Heart

About rory and the artificial heart Rory and the Artificial Heart are a five piece rock outfit hailing from beautiful Austin, Texas. The band started pla

ying shows in june of 2006 spawning from the songwriting of ex-Impossible and local producer Rory Phillips (Recover, the Higher, Young Love, At All Cost) and quickly evolved their sound into a fusion of new school rock and disco by way of a raw emotional state characterized by the vocals and tense guitar hooks. Featuring some of the best local musicians from all genres Rory and the Artificial Heart bring the rock in a way missing from the current music scene.

Goldy Locks

a. An individual: a singer/song writer, musician, actress, wrestling personality, designer and pretty damn good cook.

b. The Band: A group of people playing music and rocking out together coming to a town near you.

c. The Brand: Goldy Locks is also a total brand. See the subdivision i.e. The Factory

Once upon a time, there was a bold little girl filled with curiosity, talent and determination who suddenly found herself in a world of extreme risk and wild opportunity. But this particular blonde babe ain’t looking for porridge. As for the bears, know that she could – and would – kick their hairy butts. So shut your pie hole, because this is no fairy tale. This is the story of Goldy Locks, the hard-rocking, straight-talking 100% Hardass American Woman.

She’s a songwriter, a guitar slinger and a professional wrestling personality who plays three instruments, designs her own line of clothing and sings in five languages. But for Goldy Locks, that’s just the beginning of a career filled with outrageous creative contradictions. “I know that I say I don’t care what people think, and I don’t,” she laughs. “But I do care when what I do makes people happy. I’m just a normal chick from Minnesota, but I’m doing so many things. And if I can do it, anyone can. I grew up without a lot of opportunity or resources. And what I learned was that if you really want something you need to shut up, get off your ass and do something about it.”

Born to Harley-riding, music-loving hippie parents, Goldy’s real name – no kidding – is Moon Shadow. And for a little blonde girl growing up in a “financially challenged” neighborhood in North Minneapolis, it was only the beginning of a lifetime of being different. “I had to be tough,” she remembers. “I was one of the only white kids in my neighborhood, but I wasn’t raised to see color. I thought I could be friendly with everyone. It was funny; the older I got, the more black kids accepted me for who I was and became my friends. And it was the white kids that beat me up for that.”

Throughout her childhood, Goldy’s obsession with music reached epic proportions. But with no money for professional instruments or formal musical training, the precocious Catholic schoolgirl had to devise an ingenious way to buy her first keyboard. “I saw where a grocery store in a really bad part of town was having a two-for-one coupon sale on Ho-Hos and Twinkies. So I went down to this store and stood outside the door whispering that I would buy people’s food stamps. People would sell me a dollar’s worth of government food stamps for 50 cents, or $10 in food stamps for $5. I had my own two-for-one sale going. Then I’d take the food stamps and the coupons and buy a ton of Twinkies and Ho-Hos. Back in Catholic school, we had ‘fasting weeks’ during lent where you were only supposed to eat the sour gruel that they served you. I’d smuggle Ho-Hos into school taped onto my legs under my skirt, then sell them under-the-table for a buck. When my parents found out, all they could do was laugh. I was making some serious money.” Before long, Goldy had purchased keyboards, guitars and a violin and soon taught herself to play them all.

DTADoors To Aspiration

D.T.A = Doors To Aspiration is a bunch of guys who love and respect one another, and we all know that with love and respect a band can get somewhere, but of course it took a couple of years for us to find each other.

The guys in the band also like to dream and follow their dreams with hard work, hoping that one day, their dreams can become a reality and we all know that if we don’t dream, we die. It’s that simple.

I still remember so vividly when I received a phone call from a local musician who lives in the area and the purpose of the call was to ask me to take on the responsibility of being the drummer of the band he was trying to put together.

He also mentioned to me that he had heard from some people that I had just arrived from New York and that I was also looking for a bunch of serious and talented guys to start a band.

Well, I guess moments like that cannot be forgotten. The next day we got together and I decided to give it a try and see if the guys were really up to the task. It took a couple of years, people came and went, but now it seems that we’ve found each other.

Nowadays our music is mesmerizing people. Huge crowds are always present wherever we play, people are talking about a blast of energy. Playing with melodic hard and soft melodies and catchy hooks, we have truly become the talk of town.

Every gig is a night to remember playing all over the country. D.T.A always rocks the house. We leave people impatiently waiting for the next gig. Mingling with the crowd after every live performance has made every show a fan’s favorite. Almost every song through the set is a song that makes you wanna sing along with the band.

D.T.A, The North Lebanon based band was formed at the end of 1997.

You know, making music is a wonderful thing but it’s also a big responsibility and without being a good human being, you cannot create good music.

Junior Spencer

Over the past two years, Junior has appeared on numerous live events, introducing a NEW and fresh style of Gospel music.

SING ONTO HIM A NEW SONG; PLAY SKILFULLY WITH A LOUD NOISE.” PSALM 33 vers 3 and Junior is doing just that ” Junior’s music is rapidly gaining a stronghold on peoples choice, and an overwhelming warm welcome to the listeners ears. Junior’s unusual Vocal style has earned frequent comparisons to Sam Cook. and Otis Redding. ….Junior sings about real life experience out of his surroundings, and the people he meets in everyday-life, whose visions are painfully crushed by the spinning wheels of misconception, misunderstandings, deceptive torment and pressure. Juniors songs are songs of hope and encouragement, and very uplifting. But above all Junior sings about ” GOD’S DIVINE LOVE ” with a very strong, direct, and a none compromising message with deep emotions, that when once heard never lets you go.

In other words he tells it like it is. Junior is not only a Singer and Songwriter, he is also a producer and an “outstanding guitarist ”

JUNIOR’S VISION

Having asked Junior about his Vision, his answer was:,… I would like to create a massive roadblock on the highway to Hell with one diversion only. This diversion is a one-way street taking all partakers to a gigantic Stadium as big as the World, where every type of religion is at present, just dancing and praising God in there own way, with Unity, Gladness, and Singleness of Heart… ” And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people .And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. . “ THE ACTS,2: 46+47.”

Junior went on to say… Hey man we are all Gods people made in his own Image, and its about time we all stop trying to define what Gospel Music is, and how it should be rendered. There is no where in the Bible that tells you Gospel Music should be this or that way..What the Bible does say is to Praise him in the dance, Praise him on the cymbals, Praise him with the stringed Instrument, and to make a joyful noise unto the Lord.

For a mater of a fact it is written “ LET EVERYTHING THAT HAVE BREATH, PRAISE THE LORD.” We should be trying our uttermost best to bring the young people to the church instead of confusing them with tradition and man made rules, that gives them the wrong impression about the church and its mission. We have to let them know, that it is more of a substantial benefit for them going to church or to any venue where the WORD is being preached, and Gospel music is been played, rather than going to Dance halls / Clubs or any other outlet where :: Drugs / Alcohol / and rebelliousness /.. is a sure step to there downfall.

Junior is Greatfully thankfull for the opportunity that enables him to share his musical and spiritual inspiration with others, and within all this he gives God the Praise.

Junior is consistently pushing the boundaries of Rock Pop , R&B , Soul, Hip hop and Blues, carefully picking up the pieces of thrown away elements, that has been diligently used by Soul greats Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Ray Charles and Al Green. Putting them in a great big melting pot with a little essence of a Psychedelic flavour. The outcome is a NEW fresh and exciting sound. that blends with a smooth flow of Unique Rap poetry, and some explosive vocals with a late 70’s rhythm, giving Gospel music that extra edge, making it timeless.

Junior’s songs are written based on his personal experiences, hardships, and a direct reflection of growing up in and outside of the Church. Junior’s Band members also shares the same faith with the same vision. And all Band Members believe that without God we are nothing, knowing that we are what we are because of him.

Junior’s music is Soul touching, Unique and awesome, that embodies an edgy R&B sound with a rock feel, with lyrics reaching deep below the surface and into the listener’s soul. Junior’s passion for his artistry is what drives him to create an array of unique yet comfortably familiar songs. taking his audience on a journey with a multi-generational appeal, positively impacting the lives of others.

REMEMBER GOD LOVES US ALL.

Vernon Oxford

“The Flag Has Disappeared” is a gem of a song written by songwriter Everett Corbin. It made it’s debut on Kickradio in Episode 13 And Everett wrote us that, “It has done well since then. Just got a chart from New York on a regional listing of some 100 stations, and the song made it to No. 1 after a few months climbing.”

Vernon Oxford explains his musical career this way: I don’t understand why I wasn’t more successful. I was right popular over there in Europe, which oughtta be the last place you’d expect American country music to be accepted. I never did make it onto the Opry stage. You know, I’m often described as being “too country for country music” if that makes any sense at all. If you like country music, can something even be too country? Heck, then again I’ve even heard my boy Hank Williams described as sounding “too country” in his day. I guess I wasn’t ever the type cut out for being a money-maker because what I really can’t stand is the music business; how it only looks at how much a singer sells, rather than just appreciating the traditions he’s carrying forward. I know they’re just out to make a buck, but why does it have to be so competative and backstabbing? I was raised on handshake deals and being a man of your word. But in the business everyday I’d see people promise me something and then go behind my back and laugh about it.

Recognition’s all well an’ good but that don’t mean your work’s worthy of it. I don’t believe any publicity’s good publicity. I do believe, however, that more people would’ve wanted to hear me if they’d only had the chance to hear me in the first place. For all my hard luck, I’m thankful that my music has reached those who care about it. I hope ya’ll enjoy.

Shawn Harris

“Keeping Hope Alive” is a great tune from Shawn which underscores the importance of really never giving up. Shawn delivers a refreshing look at life through music and it’s inspiration keeps us all going. In this case it is not just the catchy melody that draws you in but the message between the notes that delivers the hook to greatness.

Laura Power

Laura’s very 1st up tempo original song! Recorded in Nashville at EMI Studio’s with Producer Charlie Craig and Engineer Chris Latham!! Enjoy!

By God’s grace, and the will of an exuberant young girl, Laura Power had discovered at an early age that she possessed the gift of music and the joy of singing.

Ever since she was born, every cry seemed to have a melody, which moved through the years of her childhood. Using her bed as a stage, and a hairbrush for a microphone, Laura loved to sing for all her friends and family, and anyone that would listen.

Inspired by the work of her first favorite artists, the group The Wilkinsons and Billy Gilman, Laura was armed with as much passion as one little person could handle. Other artists such as LeAnn Rimes, Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood, as well as country legend Patsy Cline, surrounded her heart, and allowed Laura to continue to develop her talent.

Laura is a member of the Kawartha Treble Troupe, and has attended The Kiwanis Music Festival for her 2nd year this past spring in Peterborough, and also will be attending The International Music Festival in Niagara Falls, Canada in July 2007.

Laura has performed at a Cancer Benefit in March 2007 and will be performing with the Black Fly Boogie Band at the Fenelon Falls Country Music Jamboree on June 24th 2007. There have been many performances at several nursing homes and retirement residences all across Ontario. There are many more performances booked for Laura in the summer and fall of 2007.

Currently, Laura is 14 years old and has sought professionals to lead her in the right direction, who include Arlene Gray, Barry Haggarty, Donny Anderson, and her new manager Robert Moody CEO of Pier 49 Artist Management. Each person has given Laura really valuable techniques and incredible support. This has lead to many wonderful chances and experiences, as well as a new beginning to a very rewarding future career path.

Mez

Mez is an armchair rock star writing and recording tunes in his comfy home studio for placement in film, tv, and with artists.Chase Mitchell

Ever wonder what would happen if “Urban” country met “Timberlake” cool? Then check out Chase Mitchell!

Chase is a 17 year old blue-eyed Southern boy who combines a smooth vocal with self-penned lyrical songs. And on top of that, he has a charisma so magnetic that it pulls the audience right up onto the stage with him.

Chase is an old soul and that comes through in his music. He is a picture of chivalry and character which were at the roots of his upbringing just outside of Atlanta, GA. His grandfather, Pappy Buddy, is his biggest musical influence because he whistled most of the time and Chase loved the way he could make music just from his very being. And Pappy Buddy told great stories, so Chase was inspired at an early age to combine those two things as an artist.

Having recently shared stages with Jason Aldean, Rodney Atkins, Gary Nichols, Hot Apple Pie, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Mark Chestnut and Jimmy Wayne, Chase is doing exactly what he was born to do. “I knew at a very early age what I wanted to do with my life. Writing music, singing and feeling at home on stage in front of thousands of people is not just what I do… it’s who I am!”

It was that same blend of dedication, passion and commitment that brought some of today’s most respected music industry veterans to Chase’s team: Biff Watson, Biff Bang Productions; Tony Conway, President, Buddy Lee Attractions; Doc Holliday, Holliday Music and Michelle Mitchell, EzLu Entertainment Group.
